Casual Weekend Dining is back! Winter Camp Wrap Up, another awesome walk in our backyard, and the Winter Wonderland at Mount Cole!
Casual Weekend Dining is Back
Returning this weekend…casual weekend dining is back on Friday and Saturday evenings for a short time! Get in quick…If you live in Regional Victoria, you can join us for a 2-course set menu for $40 pp ($20 pp for children U12). It’s a great opportunity to head out for dinner and catch up with friends and family you might not have seen for a while. We’ll have the open fire roaring!

Winter Camp 2021 Wrap Up
How lucky were our 100+ campers who managed to squeeze in an action-packed adventure on Winter Camp in between COVID lockdowns in early July? We had an awesome week, and it was just what everyone needed.
We canoed, abseiled, climbed, balanced, rode and shot some archery. We made new friends, cooked marshmallows around a campfire, baked biscuits, recharged with a little yoga in the sunshine and became pros at Ultimate Frisbee! We had a terrific bushwalking adventure, with a pit stop for hearty baked spuds for lunch at a local campground. And we competed in trivia, ‘Minute To Win It”, and other games as part of our Team Challenge. All-in-all a packed week of screen-free fun in the outdoors.
Planning has commenced for Summer Camps in January 2022.

Walks in our Backyard – Ferntree Falls
Looking for a fun family adventure…Ferntree Falls are worth a trip!Enjoy a stunning walk through a tall forest of blue gums and messmates to reach the Ferntree Falls. The short nature walk (perfect for younger kids) starts at the Ferntree camping area in Mount Buangor State Park. The walk passes three waterfalls, including the Cascade Falls, and offers great views over the fern-lined upper reaches of the Middle Creek below.
It’s accessible off the Western Highway and only a short drive from Cave Hill Creek. Ferntree Falls Picnic Ground boasts a hut, picnic tables, fire pits and toilets and is a great spot for a picnic or BBQ.
A Winter Wonderland at Mount Cole
Mount Cole became a Winter Wonderland in late July with some beautiful snowfalls! Perfect for a little snowball action…
